Dr. Uwe Beister, born in 1974, completed his university education at Saarland University and received his PhD in 2004 at the chair of Prof. Dr. Breuer as Dr. rer. nat and the grade very good. He then started his career as an SAP management consultant for a multinational corporation and quickly made a name for himself in the community of retail branch topics in an SAP-centric IT landscape. Consequently, together with another colleague, Frank Bollinger, he already took over the management of the technical team in 2008, with a focus on system integration and technical innovation, in SAP consulting on retail topics in this company. Starting in 2010, he was assigned the position between this consulting unit and development and sales of the group's own POS software. Here he was responsible for the conceptual further development of the integration of this software into the SAP standard. With his comprehensive knowledge in this field, he supported worldwide sales, which included stations in South Africa, the Middle East and, of course, Central and Eastern Europe. In 2013, he became part of the management team of the fast-growing, innovative RealCore Group. This is where he found his home, because it combines the power of a medium-sized company with a highly competent workforce and friendly cooperation. The best prerequisites for being able to successfully assert yourself in a rapidly changing market. In his private life, he has been associated with a physician for over 10 years and since September 2016 has proudly been the father of his son, who emerged from this relationship. When time permits, he enjoys sports, is a passionate diver and cooks with and for his family.
